Project Tracking & Management
We provide you with a project schedule to understand the status of the project as we move along.
Your Project Manager will be on site daily and often perform on-site meetings to show project progress and to consider any possible changes. Expenses and invoices are tracked by our office team to ensure the project is within budget.
Project Completion
At the end of your project, we will provide you with all the final documentation such as project waivers, releases, city documents, project photos, and specification book to keep for your records.
